We can provide either a Local Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (LQPPV) service, or a Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance (LCPPV) service, where this is legally required.

Acting as Local Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (LQPPV) includes;

Acting as a local contact point for Local Health Authority and Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance
Handling Local Health Authority Requests
Where required by local legislation this will include 24/7 availability, including back-up personnel, where required by local legislation
Monthly reconciliation of exchanged information
EU QPPV oversight related activities via e-mail communication
Ongoing documentation of LPPV activities
